Brussel Sprouts-Cauliflower Thins-Shrimp Recipe

This healthy recipe was made to transition your taste buds. It only takes 20 mins or less to prep and cook this meal. 


1bag of deveined wild shrimp

1bag of shredded Brussel Sprouts 

1 bag of Cauliflower Thins (Trader Joe's)

Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

1/4 Balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup of water

Olive oil

Parmesan (Optional for topping or use avocado)



Season shrimp in a bowl with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Heat skillet, pour olive oil in the skillet wait for two minutes until oil is hot. Add shrimp to the skillet cook for 5-8 mins depending on how you like your shrimp.

In a separate skillet add olive oil wait till oil is hot then add the shredded Brussel Sprouts. Season Brussel Sprouts with balsamic vinegar, fresh black pepper and water. Let the Brussel Sprouts cook for 3-5 minutes until lightly brown.

Once Brussel Sprouts are cooked pour in a bowl, and you can use the same skillet to warm up your cauliflower thins follow the direction on the back of the package.
